All prices are in Australian Dollars and currently Exclude GST.
LAYBY Call us and ask about lay-by and payments to suit you. A deposit of at least 20% will be required to establish the layby. The full amount of the lay-by is to be paid within 3 months. If at the end of the lay-by period the full amount has not been received or suitable prior arrangements made all monies paid shall be forfeited and goods returned to stock.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND NON STOCK ITEMS Prepayment is required when the order has been confirmed. Only after payment has been received we will place the order. Most of our products are ordered from the US and if not in-stock, these products can take up to 12+ weeks to be delivered from America. We do however have a premium Express Air freight option for those who cannot wait –call us for a freight quote before ordering online. Please check product descriptions for estimated delivery times or call for a premium air freight quote. NOTE: Prices may vary from the time of order due to fluctuations in monetary exchange rates. There will be no refund or exchange on these orders.
PAYMENTS All payments are safely processed by secure third parties such as paypal and/or stripe. All payments are processed off our website through the paypal or stripe gateway allowing us to accept online credit cards. For online shopping we do not store any payment information with the exception of contact information. (Name, address, phone number, email, etc )
ORDERING Ordering online; alternatively, we welcome your phone orders or welcome to come in and say hello in store. Some products are special offers and for these items we generally only carry very limited quantity, size and colours. In the case where an item has accidently doubled up between in-store and online, meaning your order can not be fulfilled, either a full refund will be available or another product option will be offered.
RETURNS POLICY: If the purchase item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, please contact us before returning your item for instructions and a Returns Number (RN) - without this RN the item will be refused .We can arrange an exchange, refund or you can leave a credit. Returned goods must be in original condition and returned within 14 days. If you return item for a warranty issue and the manufacturer believes that no defect was present, you will be responsible for return shipping to you and no refund will be issued. We follow the manufacturer’s guidelines as to whether the defective item is replaced, repaired or refunded. Pads must be laundered prior to returning for manufacturer review. The original shipping and handling, return shipping costs, and/or duties and taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE. You are welcome to return your items by any shipping method most cost effective to you, in saying that for your protection, we encourage you to send your return package with a tracking number and insurance. We do not accept COD. Items that have been previously replaced because they were defective, damaged or incorrect are not returnable. If you find the item unsuitable ie doesn't fit etc., we will exchange (if more sizes available see “ordering” or credit (no refunds). When returning an item for an exchange you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item back to us and on the new item to be posted. Please include a check or money order for any price difference and the shipping charges replacement order, this amount will be invoiced via email. Please note no exchanges or refunds will be issued for non-faulty items or a change of mind.
